We have been utilizing Everbloom’s wide array of services for over 1.5 years at this point, and can’t imagine where we would be without Erika’s sage advice. Everbloom Consulting truly is the total package, and a one-stop shop. Bringing expertise to our farm in all areas ranging from; soil & water testing services, site planning, pest/disease diagnosis, individualized short & long-term treatment plans along with guidance on how to perform checks for ourselves, fertility guidance, compost & tea recipes and recommendations for use, equipment advice & troubleshooting, reproduction & indoor garden expertise, and so much more! Her quick diagnosis of a residual pathogen, clear action plan for maintenance, and strategy to eradicate during the off-season was a game-changer for us.
Erika truly encourages and works toward client success, unlike other consultants who may thrive off of ongoing issues. Her unparalleled expertise and overall integrity make for the best consultant experience we have ever received. Concluding every visit, Erika prioritizes circling back through all areas touched on and identifies action items & key points, in conversation, to establish clear understanding from both parties and then follows up with a detailed, yet easy to follow, digital summary with everything we had discussed for our file and reference later. She is always happy to include links and contact info for additional resources and encourages community networking and future partnerships. Supporting Everbloom is also directly supporting our community as a whole, and we always leave feeling good about that!

Everbloom Consulting was our first choice for advice on improving our farm's soil fertility. Erika has a passion for her work and clients that is equally as valuable as the extensive skill set she offers. Her progressive approach to soil health immediately saved us thousands of dollars, and her recommendations have provided us with useful insights on our soil management, and helpful resources to achieve a deeper understanding of our production. She has gone above and beyond to share her knowledge and empower us with the tools we need, and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Bloom Hill Botanicals
When contemplating exactly what to write about our experience with Erika and Everbloom I found myself in the unfamiliar situation of being unsure exactly where to start. Erika is a truly gifted steward of nature. Her generosity of spirit and desire to regenerate the earth we all share would be reason enough to sing her praises, but the results she garners are beyond reproach. Bloom Hill Botanicals has been undertaking the dubious task of revitalizing soil that has laid nearly dormant for years. With Erika’s help in our first year of planting we were about to turnaround a calcium deficiency without introducing any kind of synthetic chemicals to the soil. Diving into our 2017 cycle, we fell prey to the mite epidemic that made life difficult for so many of Oregon’s outdoor cannabis producers. Erika’s sage advice lead us to use a comprehensive IPM model that kept our field happy and healthy all the way to harvest. This season (2018) we’ve kept up all the preemptive aspects of our IPM model and we haven't seen any negative insect activity this season. At the end of the day, Erika and Everbloom are resources any garden can be grateful to have a connection with.
I want to take a minute to give HUGE kudos to the host, Erika Winters, who took the mic, first class, emceeing [Cannabis Science Pub]. She did great keeping the crowd engaged and paying attention. She was very pleasant to listen to and her prepared questions were right on point, cutting to the heart of the current issues in the industry.
